Low-Income Program


Children and adults can participate in any sport or class offered at low monthly cost or a no-cost membership with sponsored equipment included. 

Foster Care Program 


Any foster care child can take any sport or class offered absolutely free with equipment included at no cost. 

 

Youth Empowerment Program


We address unhealthy behaviors associated with at-risk youth while teaching skills and providing experiences to encourage healthier lifestyles and decision making. 

Kickstart Program


Rhythmic aerobic exercise, stretching, and strength training all combined to improve flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness. This routine-based, group class is coach led to promote physical fitness and prevent illness.

 

360 Youth Program


Our goal is to provide a structured and supportive environment where troubled youth can learn

new skills, receive a support system and prepare for a successful return to their
communities.

Women's Self-defense


Women's Self Defense ClassA women's only self-defense class. Learn a variety of moves and techniques to feel confident in your ability to protect yourself from an attacker.

 

Classes

 

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)


A combination of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling, and boxing that aims to master key defense moves while instilling confidence, discipline, and self-control.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)


An art of grappling using skeletal leverage to either create space or take it away, with the aim of controlling the movement of another person, regardless of strength inequalities.

 

Boxing / Kickboxing


A striking style incorporating punches and kicks while developing perseverance, dedication, self-control, strong will, and tactical thinking.

Muay Thai


A striking style originating from Thailand that incorporates punches and kicks while developing perseverance, dedication, self-control, strong will, and tactical thinking.

 

Self-Defense


Learn a variety of moves and techniques to feel confident in your ability to protect yourself from an attacker.

Kickstart Fitness


A combination of aerobics, circuit training, boot camp, cardio, flexibility, stretching, abdominal exercises, cycling, and strength, toning and resistance exercises practiced in a structured, class environment.

 

Strength Training


Strength TrainingLearn How to properly lift weights and develop your strength and abilities.

Gymnastics


Physical exercises combined with acrobatics designed to develop strength, coordination, balance and body control.
